Colchester Golf Club is situated in Braiswick, Colchester, 1 mile up the B1508 from Colchester North station. A friendly, member's golf club first laid out by the famous James Braid over a hundred years ago.
For 2009 there is a full diary of golf competitions and social events for Men, Ladies, Veterans and Juniors. Golf lessons for all comers may be booked with either of our Club Professionals Mark Angel and Mark Baker.
Applications for Membership are welcomed from experienced golfers as well as keen novices. Juniors may start from age six, and play unaccompanied on the full course from the age of 12.
Visitors enjoy coming to Colchester whether as guests, green-fee payers, society groups or pro-am teams subject to the availability of suitable tee times. Please telephone the Secretary or Professional in advance to book..
